Introduction

The Samuk electric forklift adopts the latest ergonomics technologies and concepts in designing and manufacturing. The forklift with low cost of ownership, superior visibility, unmatched productivity, safety and ergonomics designing for operator.

Electrical system

The imported Italian ZAPI AC controller with microprocessor control system of the motor speed and temperature feedback signal, regenerative braking and CANBAUA universal interface to ensure the accurate control of driving and lifting system. The regenerative braking can capture and reserve energy while braking.

The subsidiary pump motor controller will put into operation by the system automatically while lifting in need of the high flow oil pressure, this will avoid the extra energy consumption and extend battery life.

The emergency power disconnect switch is within easy reach while emergency events

Multifunctional display provides extensive information on truck operation and maintenance state, it with waterproof and shock proof protection. The advanced wiring harness, waterproof connectors and multiunit fuse module ensure the security and reliability of the circuit.

Driving & transmission system

Full suspension type of semi-axis for the driving axle, and it only bear the torque and other load is born by the outside case.

TCM technology transmission with floating system highly reduces the forklift vibration and noise.

Hydraulic system

Japanese Shimadzu multi valves and gear pump, and the Japanese NOK sealing elements. The high quality hydraulic components and rational distribution of the pipes helps to control the oil pressure and highly improved the forklift performance.

Steering and brake system

Adopt latest manufactured low- input torque redirector. The steering pull in place is only 6-8N, which is less than former one by 50%.

Steering axle adopts up and down type steering rod, with simple structure and better intensity and its both ends adopt joint bearing, enhancing the installation hole of joint bearing. The performance of steering axle is more reliable.

TCM technology brake system which is sensitive and light full hydraulic with a better performance braking.
